Brief Project Description

Construction included repairs to two (2) fuel storage tanks (Tanks 1 & 2) including installation of floating pans; install high-high and low level alarms; install service platforms; restore stairs in tank area; hand operated recovery system with electrical operated pump; install tank piping in dike; replace high level control valve and float control; install roof access manway/ladder; install roof access hatch to install floating pans; cathodic protection system for issue lines. The work also included major repairs to the containment area including all new containment concrete on the floor, sloped dike walls, new concrete steps, new concrete access drive ramps, and new concrete center vertical wall, reinforcing steel, installing new FML liners & geotextile fabric under all new containment concrete.  In addition, the scope included a new emergency stand-by generator and building; related site grading, earthwork, electrical and site lighting, demolition work and site restoration.​
