Project Description

​Reliable served as a fueling subcontractor to supply and install approximately 1,100 LF of 10”; 100 LF of 4”; and 900 LF of 2” carbon steel fueling pipe on a new, 265-meter-long concrete fueling pier constructed by WF Magann. In addition to supplying and installing all the fuel pipe, Reliable supplied and installed all new fueling equipment including pier relay control panel, control valves, stripper pumps, pipe supports, DBB valves, strainers, 1,000-gallon product recovery tank, ball valves, and thermal relief systems. Once all new pipe was installed and weld joints radiographed, Reliable pneumatically and hydrostatically tested and commissioned the fuel system in conjunction with WF Magann while also testing and assisting in the commissioning customer supplied, 2 marine fuel loading arms.​
