Brief Project Description

Construction of a new 2500hp standalone helium booster central compressor unit to boost the pressure to the existing CHEU facility.  Project included the new compressor skid assembly, operational controls, electrical service, large 60’x 40’ pre-engineered building for the compressor, complete with special loading for 10ton overhead bridge crane, rolling overhead door; a smaller pre-engineered metal auxiliary building for the controls and electrical with rolling overhead door. Associated site work for both buildings is included.  The existing Crude Helium Enrichment Facility remained operational during the construction.
