Brief Project Description
Working as a subcontractor for Burns McDonnell, Reliable assisted in the design, furnished and installed 3 Bulk Facility Fuel tanks (2–35,000gal Jet Fuel Tanks and 1–12,000gal Diesel Tank) with walking platforms and handrails. The tanks were outfitted with an ATG system and a dial type tank level gauge. There were also 2-Truck loading/unloading recirculation skids installed with all the integrated piping between the tanks and the skids. Also furnished and installed was an emergency eyewash/shower with an instantaneous high flow, insulated water heater.
There were 3 Retail Facility tanks installed (Diesel, Mogas and E-85) with walking platforms and handrails. The tanks were outfitted with an ATG system, a dial type tank level gauge, leak detection system, tank vents, water draw-off pumps and vertical turbine pumps. The system also contained multiple double wall underground fuel lines between the fiberglass transition pump and the dispenser sumps at the fueling islands. Permanent signage on the fuel tanks, piping and dispensers was installed. 3- large canopies were installed; furnished and installed was an emergency eyewash/shower with an instantaneous high flow, insulated water heater. The offload system consisted of a 300gpm offload pump, strainers, control valves, piping and meters for each system. There were two fueling islands each having a Fuel Master control system with 3 – 2 hose dispensers on each island (1-Diesel, 1-Mogas and 1-E-85).
