Brief Project Description

This work was performed at the two Range Sites located in Dona Ana and Oro Grande New Mexico mirrored each other and included (1) each 50,000 gallon and (1) each 20,000 gallon factory fabricated double wall above ground JP-8 fuel storage tanks with secondary containment dikes, leak detection and level gauging and alarms; fuel distribution piping system, offload, fillstand, dispenser station with overhead canopies; product recovery tanks, Administrative Building, above ground and underground electrical distribution, underground utilities, earthwork and pavements; grounding, lighting, communications, security fencing and automatic gate controls; miscellaneous demolition at each location.  There was mass excavation at each of the range sites.  This project was a secured site but did not require phasing.
