Brief Project Description
The Consolidated Fuels Facility consisted of an 1800gpm Pump House pre-engineered metal building with control room, masonry, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, and interior finishes; new tank farm fuel piping; two 5,000 bbl above ground welded steel storage tanks with internal and external coating systems and internal floating pans, concrete containment areas, FML liners; tank foundations complete with mat slabs supported by drilled piers; filter separators; fill & off-load stands; new asphalt access road and cathodic & lightning protection systems; automated pump controls; new electrical service; new refueler parking apron; mass excavation and grading; fencing, gate operators and new site utilities.
