Quality = Performance
The final quality of a project relies on performance to both the customer’s expectations and to our own exacting standards. An individual Construction Quality Control Plan is written (according to project specifications) for each project our team undertakes. The plan addresses the QC organization – personnel, qualifications, duties, responsibilities, and authority; outside organizations to be used (if any); submittal procedures and an initial submittal register; testing laboratory information, plan and log; procedures for inspection and completion of any rework; documentation procedures; definable features of work; three phases of control concept.
